LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

We’ll assist where possible, but responsibility lies with the shipping provider once the item has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in your order total
